It can be the most nerve-wracking, spine chillingly scary morning of your life.

Pacing up and down after a sleepless night worrying about the flowers, the cars, the menu, the in-laws, the speeches, the whole of your life about to change for ever, it's not what a wedding day should be all about.

But the staff at Porters Park know all that... and they know the answer, a nice cup of tea.

It's that little extra thought and attention to detail and having staff on hand who care almost as much as you about the day.

Porters Park offers two function rooms suitable as a venue for your wedding reception which connect with one another and have their own bar. Both rooms command spectacular views over the golf course.

We can offer great versatility for parties up to 110 for seated meals and more for buffets. Also smaller groups may wish to use only one of our rooms. The lounge area has a dance floor and is a suitable venue for bands and disco entertainment.

Our chef, Tim Mcrae will be pleased to quote for your particular wedding reception needs.

He has a good reputation for his imaginative cuisine and his staff will make your party or reception an event to remember.
